We have divided the entire range into categories and sub-categories to make it easy to find a particular product. Categories range from goodies for kids to stuff you can use at office, from cool T-shirts to useful electronic gadgets. To find a particular product you can browse through these categories. Alternatively, you can type the name of the product in the ‘Search’ box.
Do I need to be a registered user of www.tatanano.com to buy nano merchandize?Yes. You have to be a registered user of the site. Correctness of data in the registration form will help us in providing better service to you.
How can I purchase the products I am interested in?Click on the product you like to access the feature list containing detailed information on the product. If you would like to purchase that product, click on ‘add to shopping bag'. You will have to login using your username and password at this time. You will be automatically redirected to the ‘Shopping Bag' page, where you can decide if you would like to conclude the buying and pay for your purchase or continue shopping for other articles. If you decide to continue with purchasing more products by clicking on ‘Continue shopping’ you will see the ‘shopping bag' image on the page. You can click on this image to view your shopping bag at anytime during your stay on our website. Remember that you can also modify the number of articles that you want to purchase, or remove items from the shopping bag. Once you have added all your desired products to the shopping bag, click on the shopping bag image to view your final product selection and proceed for payment. Clicking on ‘proceed with your order' will take you to the 'payment page'. Here you have to insert your credit card data. To conclude, once the necessary checks have been made regarding your transaction, the information on your order will be sent to us and a thank you message will inform you that the purchase has been successfully completed. You will also get a confirmation by email.
What are the various ways in which I can make a payment for the products I want to buy?You can use your credit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard. You can also use net banking and make payments for purchase.
Within how many days will I get the delivery once the payment is made?We will strive to ensure the products are delivered on time. We would process the payment within three working days and make our best efforts to deliver the product within 15 days from receipt of payment. There might be a delay due to unforeseen conditions for some orders.
Can I place an order and pay for it later?No. Once you have logged out or closed the browser, you will not be able to pay for the order that you have created although you will be able to see it in your ‘My Accounts’ section.
Can I pay cash on delivery?As of now we do not offer this facility. Please keep checking the website for updates on the same.
I was charged for the order value on my credit card/bank account but I did not get the confirmation mail. What do I do now?If you have not received a confirmation mail from our end, the money will be credited back into the account you have made payment from i.e. to the credit card account if you have paid using a credit card or to your bank account if you have used netbanking to make the payment.
Can I gift a product?Yes. You will be asked for the billing address and the shipping address. These need not be the same. In case of gifts, please mention the receivers name and address in the shipping details and your gift will be delivered.
What are promotional codes?How can I get a promotional code?Promotional codes are codes that entitle users falling under a certain category to a discount or a promotional offer on the products on the site. We will be mailing across promotional codes to people who shop with us. Make sure you enter the promotional code in the space provided during your next purchase to avail the offers.
Where can I check the status of my order?You can logon to the site using your user id and password. Once you have logged on you can navigate to the shopping cart. You will see a link saying ‘Order Status’ in the upper half of the page. On clicking on this link, you can see the status of all the orders you have placed with us. Once your order is shipped, you will get an Airway Bill Number. You can enter this number on the site of our logistics partner and confirm the status of the shipment.
How will I know if a product is out of stock?We will not accept orders for products that are not in stock. When you see the description of the product, you will see a message saying the product is not in stock. You can also set alerts so that we can inform you when the product of your choice is back in stock.
What is the warranty available on each of the products?Every product will carry a warranty card with the terms of warranty and the date of purchase. This needs to be sent along with the product to TML in case of a defective product.
The product that I have got is defective. How do I get it replaced?No claims for defect will be entertained 15 days after your receipt of the product. Once a defect is discovered, TML should be intimated by email at caraccessories@tatamotors.com. The mail should include your name, your mobile number, order id and invoice number of the purchase and the nature of complaint. We will respond within 3 working days and have our vendor at the nearest location take care of it if found defective. You will have to produce the invoice and warranty card at such time.
What happens if no-one is at home when the goods are delivered?In cases where the addressee or person authorized to take delivery of the product is absent, our courier will try to contact the client to decide on a new delivery date on the telephone number provided on the site.
Where else can I buy nano merchandize?Currently this merchandize is available only through this portal. Soon this merchandize will also be available at a Tata Motors dealership near you.
